On Friday December 9th at 10:10 PM, a NCU student reported an incident witnessed at 9:55 PM close to the corner of 7th St S and 10th Ave S. While the witness was exiting from the Mensing east doors, he states he observed a female being forced into a vehicle, apparently against her will.   The witness then watched a Grey Dodge Durango drive off. The witness was not able to identify the people involved or obtain a license plate number.
