This report outlines the main trends from the maintenance requests submitted in 2010 including how long it takes to complete a request, how many requests were submitted each month, how many request were submitted for each building, and how many of each type of request (plumbing, electrical, furniture, etc) were submitted.

Facilities Management seeks to provide the most functional, well-maintained, aesthetically pleasing campus possible for North Central University. Our goal is to meet the needs of our students, staff, and faculty, and support the mission of the university by making long term improvements that will ensure the sustainability of our campus.
